Post Review Implementation 

Once you have had time to consider our review we can offer to implement the changes for you (or at least start them), whether it be one change or all of them.

 

Examples of standalone services can include:

 

• GIRFT analysis of all of your cases to ensure compliance.

• Improvement to relationships with the coroner 

• Coroner Inquest management (e.g. statement quality/time frames/witness management/PFD prevention)

• Scorecard analysis

• Datix/InPhase homepage and dashboard design

This is not an exhaustive list and will depend on the recommendations we advise in our review report.
